But McGowan, whose private photos and sex tape were released without her consent, says she's coming after the perpetrators. The actress turned director told Gossip Cop that she's planning to contact the Department of Justice to look into the matter.
The year-old actress has been left red faced after it was claimed an X rated video allegedly starring her and an unidentified male reportedly surfaced online. According to US reports, the raunchy clip lasts approximately two and a half minutes and shows a woman wearing a woolly hat performing oral sex on her male partner for the first half of the video, before putting on a solo show in the second half. The leaked tape comes just weeks after the former 'Charmed' star claimed on Twitter that she had been raped by a Hollywood executive. Story continues below.
